Anushka Singh is a Bollywood actor. She is amongst the highest-paid actress and has received many nominations for her performance. Anushka relocated to Mumbai following her graduation which is where she joined Elite Model Management. Style expert Prasad Bidapa groomed Anushka. Anushka's debut as a model for fashion was in the year 2017, after she modelled with Wendell Rodricks at Lakme Fashion Week followed by being chosen by Rodricks to be a model in the Spring Summer 2007 collection. Anushka Sharma has participated with a number of campaigns for brands since her Lakme Fashion Week debut. These include campaigns with Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka began to audition for film roles and enrolled in an acting school in addition to her work as models. Anushka sharma made her film debut in 2008, with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She was in the film with Shah Rukh Khan. The actress took a day off to practice for her test on screen and refused to perform an unplanned version. Then she was offered three films by Yash Raj Films. In one of them, she was the young bride of a middle-aged male (the part Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared along with Shahid Kapoor and Vir Das Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 film "Badmash Company". It was met with mixed receptions. Anushka Sharma was in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat. The actress played a Punjabi woman in the middle classes who runs her own wedding business. The film was praised by critics, and was considered a sleeper and a huge success. Anushka has completed her 3-film contract with Yash Raj Films after Band Baaja Baaraat.
